I am Los Angeles based Graphic Designer and a recent graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena CA. Originally from Maryland, I graduated with a BFA from Boston University and then moved to Hollywood to pursue a career in the movie industry. After spending several years on set and in production offices I started to miss being a visual artist. Always fascinated with combining images and text to tell stories, I went back to school to embark on a career as a graphic designer.
I try to learn something new everyday and I have wide interests. I believe that design is best when it is accessible and easily understood. I draw inspiration from all kinds of sources ranging from high to low brow and I can learn as much from a Picasso painting or a book about Swiss Modernism as a I could from a Batman comic or by watching a baseball game.
